Rules and Regulations:

Registration fees: Rs 200 per team.

  • The team should consist of maximum of 2 members.
  • The paper should be according to the specified IEEE format.
  • Selected students will be intimated via email.
  • The time allotted for presentation is 10+2 minutes.
  • Selected papers should be submitted at the selection counter on the day of paper presentation (02 hardcopies and 01 softcopy ).
  • Softcopy should be in the form of CDs only in Microsoft PowerPoint format.
  • Students must senda soft copy of the paper for evaluation.

  • The soft copy of the papers must be sent to the following e-mail id.
  • Mention the department in the subject line.
  • The paper must be submitted in the specified IEFEE format.
  • Send the paper in docx and doc Microsoft word format.
